Twice per month, we gather on Zoom to have a live chat on what's going on with YOUR body. Come with your questions, connect with other moms, and figure out what your unique body needs.

Wouldn’t it be nice if moms could have their own nutritionist to answer all their burning food + hormone questions? Now they do. Twice per month, members can join the 1-hour live Q&A video call to get honest, informed health advice.

Yes! Mom Bod Squad was made for you.

Why is Mom Bod Squad only for people who take your courses?

All of our coaching calls, Ask Alison sessions and bonus workshops build off of the foundation taught in each course. Mom Bod Squad is the place to apply the principles and go deeper for people currently taking a course, or moms who’ve finished one.

Can I sign up for a course and Mom Bod Squad at the same time?

Absolutely. When you choose a course, you’ll be asked if you’d like to join Mom Bod Squad too. We can’t wait to welcome you!

What’s your cancellation policy?

Yes. The course modules are short (10-30 minutes each), and the audio versions are super easy to listen to on the way to swim lessons, work, doctor visits, etc. The principles are simple, and the recipes are easy. Most importantly, with balanced hormones and a fueled body, you’ll have more energy to do life.

Are the bonus workshops live or self-paced?

Self-paced, mama! We live for convenience around here.

Are the live calls recorded?

All nutrition group coaching calls are recorded so that you can replay the audio on your own schedule. Because the Q&A sessions involve questions about individual health concerns, these are not recorded.

I’m trying to lose weight- will this help me reach that goal?

At Motherwell, weight is more of a symptom than a core priority. While your weight might change as you replenish your nutrients and balance your hormones, our goal is to get you feeling better. Members learn all about weight in the bonus Weight workshop.
